We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding delivery timelines, charges, and responsibilities associated with shipping your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of any delay due to high demand or stock unavailability, customers will be notified via email or phone.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
A nominal shipping charge may apply to orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
COD orders may include an additional handling fee, displayed at checkout.
4.Partial COD Policy
.We offer Cash on Delivery across India.
.To ensure serious orders:
.A partial advance payment is required for COD confirmation Remaining amount is payable at delivery
.Orders without advance confirmation will not be processed.
.Repeated COD refusal may result in restriction of COD services for future orders.
5. Advance Shipping Charges
.Advance shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
.In case of order cancellation before dispatch, any applicable advance shipping charge will be refunded.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders must be confirmed via OTP, message, or call before dispatch.
Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery failures.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Rupasi Gadgets is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
In such cases, any additional re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the refund (if applicable) will exclude the shipping and handling charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rupasigadgets.com
Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
